Stand or sit with feet firmly planted
Close eyes and take several deep breaths
Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine and the soles of your feet
Visualize these roots penetrating deep into the earth, past soil, rock, and core
Feel a pulsing, warm, red energy flowing up from the earth into your body
Root Chakra Activation
Chant the sacred sound "LAM" softly
Feel the vibration resonate at the base of your spine
Imagine a spinning red wheel of energy stabilizing and strengthening your foundation

Mindful Movement Sequence

Grounding Yoga Flow (20 minutes)

Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
Stand with feet hip-width apart
Ground down through all four corners of each foot
Engage leg muscles, feel stability
Breathe deeply into lower abdomen
Tree Pose (Vrksasana)
Shift weight to one leg
Place other foot on inner thigh or calf
Find a steady gaze point
Imagine being a deeply rooted tree, flexible yet strong
Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)
Wide stance, front knee bent
Arms extended
Feel connection to earth through strong legs
Cultivate inner strength and resilience
Child's Pose (Balasana)
Kneel and fold forward

Walk barefoot on natural surface

Closing Affirmation

Optional Sound Healing
