The team has exceeded all my expectations. Recently, the CEO of a major MCO (that you’ve definitely heard of) told me he thinks the Paradigm team knows third-party payers better than his own employees—and they are the third-party payer..
Now we’ve taken our company’s internal knowledge and compiled it into something home care agencies can use. In time we’ll add resources on Medicaid and beyond; for now, we’ll continue adding to the VA Vault as quickly as we can.
