Our mission at the Community Bible Church Youth Ministry is to empower young people to engage with God's ministry to fellowship, nurturing their spiritual growth within the supportive family of Christ

Our vision at Community Bible Church Youth Ministry is to foster active engagement promote unity, and facilitate growth in numbers, creating dynamic and inclusive family where young people flourish spiritually and thrive in their journey in Christ.

IV. What’s New

Leadership Assignment for 12 TRIBES Discipleship Program
At the core of our 12 TRIBES discipleship program lies a strong emphasis on leadership and accountability. Here's how we're enhancing our approach:
Monthly Social Media Engagement Assignments: Each tribe is led by a designated leader who spearheads the brainstorming and creation of social media content twice a month. This content aims to inspire young people to actively participate in our youth fellowships.
Weekly Transparency through Fund Reports: Our youth treasurer, appointed as a leader within the program, diligently updates the fund status during every youth fellowship. This commitment to transparency ensures that all members are informed and engaged in our financial activities.
Creative Fundraising Activities: Every fourth Saturday, under the guidance of their tribe leaders, participants brainstorm unique fundraising ideas to support the transportation allowance for youth outreach programs. These activities instill a sense of ownership and responsibility among our youth.
Dynamic Tribal Activities: On the first Sunday of each month, leaders organize diverse activities that randomly group the 12 tribes. These activities include games, literary contests, musical performances, and more, fostering unity and healthy competition.
Monthly Special Performances: Each month, a tribe leader coordinates with their members to deliver a special performance, whether individually or as a group. These performances add a vibrant and personal touch to our gatherings, showcasing the talents and creativity within our community.
Community Service Initiatives: On months with a fifth Sunday, our leaders spearhead clean-up drives either within our church premises or in the surrounding areas. This commitment to community service reflects our values of stewardship and care for our environment.
Through strategic leadership assignments, our 12 TRIBES discipleship program empowers young leaders to drive positive change within our community while nurturing a spirit of accountability, creativity, and service.

Heavenly Father,
Bless our youth as they embark on the 12 TRIBES journey in 2024. Guide them in accountability, creativity, and service. Grant wisdom to leaders, joy in fellowship, and success in fundraising. May each activity foster unity, growth, and a deepening of faith.
