It’s pretty simple. There’s some Guidance around getting yourself assigned as a Moderator and getting your Tasks lined up. That should not be necessary, if you’ve gotten this far - but if you’re tidying-up for someone else 🥰, you might appreciate the secret workaround at the bottom to get started.
After that you just need to work through the Tasks assigned to you.

There is some (pretty neat, even if we say so ourselves) functionality and guidance to help you through the process of Cleansing Data that was created during the workshop and which won’t be needed again.

Some data entered during the workshop is of a temporary nature and should be removed after the event.
The table below lists the various types of data related to a workshop event.
Some of this data is used to manage the workshop, the participants and the tasks that need to be assigned to them. As such it may need to be kept for documentary purposes or for use in future, related events.
Other data is of a transient nature, reflecting the course of a specific event. This data can probably safely be discarded.
A third class of data - or more correctly content - reflects the subject matter of the workshop. This content is subject to editorial control and should be updated and modified manually on the appropriate page. Start here: .
