Tidying-Up after the workshop

Here is your overview of everything you need to tidy up after the workshop.
It’s pretty simple. There’s some Guidance around getting yourself assigned as a Moderator and getting your Tasks lined up. That should not be necessary, if you’ve gotten this far - but if you’re tidying-up for someone else 🥰, you might appreciate the secret workaround at the bottom to get started.
After that you just need to work through the Tasks assigned to you.
Even if we tried, we couldn’t make it much easier 🙌
There is some (pretty neat, even if we say so ourselves) functionality and guidance to help you through the process of Cleansing Data that was created during the workshop and which won’t be needed again.
And when you’re done here, you’ve successfully completed your workshop. Enjoy the freedom 🎈 But one last thing: if your have any comments or suggestions for improvements, we’ve built a just for that and we’d love your input. Now! ⏰ while you’re still chuffed with your success!

🦮 Guidance ...

Here you can see the tasks that need to be completed by you as Moderator after the workshop.
If you need background information or step-by-step instruction for any task, clicking on the
chip
in the Task column, will open a detailed view for that task.
❓ No tasks displayed? That may be for a variety of reasons:

You have not been assigned any Moderator tasks. Enjoy the freedom! 🎈
You are the intended Moderator, but have not yet been (properly) set up. Use this button to
Add me as Moderator
and this one to
Add my Moderator Tasks
Note: if these buttons are disabled before you start, it’s because someone else (
Colm Toolan
) has already been assigned as Moderator. Enjoy the freedom! 🎈
🤐 Secret workaround: The buttons above are disabled once a single moderator has been assigned. If you need to add a second moderator, you can do so in the , by adding a row, assigning the role Moderator and clicking the Add Tasks button.

☑️ Keep track of your tasks

🚿 Cleanse Data

Some data entered during the workshop is of a temporary nature and should be removed after the event.
The table below lists the various types of data related to a workshop event.
Some of this data is used to manage the workshop, the participants and the tasks that need to be assigned to them. As such it may need to be kept for documentary purposes or for use in future, related events.
Other data is of a transient nature, reflecting the course of a specific event. This data can probably safely be discarded.
A third class of data - or more correctly content - reflects the subject matter of the workshop. This content is subject to editorial control and should be updated and modified manually on the appropriate page. Start here: .
The Next Steps column in the table below, shows list of the next steps involved in data cleansing. A mouse-over on an individual cell reveals an Open chip, which leads to detailed descriptions and functionality facilitating the cleansing of the data in question.
