Cystic Fybrosis

the body produces abnormally thick mucus making it hard to breathe

recessive, cause be a deletion of 3 bases

Sickle-Cell

affects the shape of hemoglobin in the red blood cells, sickle cells clog blood vessels & cannot carry as much 02

Codominant, a person with 2 allele will produce bother sickle cells & normal cells

Hemophilia

blood clots slowly or not at all

sex-linked, caused by recessive allele on the x chromosome
