Host leads a guided discussion with a focus on the most critical feedback & questions surfaced.
1. Clarify the process
Host: Invite all stakeholders to submit remaining questions/comments about the PR FAQs and vote on others’ feedback anonymously. While you are free to direct the discussion however you want, in whatever order you’d prefer, do keep watch of the time and keep focused and on-track. Start the timer once everyone’s ready to get started. Pro-tip: Keep authors/vote counts hidden at the start, until you’re ready to lead a discussion of each document. This reduces bias and ensures all view points are considered.

Host: Start the timer once everyone’s ready to get started. Then, scroll down to the next section, and share your screen as you guide the group in the discussion.
