Who and what do you care about? What causes or issues matter to you the most?
I care about unravelling any of the things within me that propagate the illusion of separation, blame or a victim mindset. I care about returning to a place of homeostasis and abundance on this planet; dissolving the illusion of humans and living things as disparate rather than seeing ourselves as nature, necessarily interwoven with the balance and evolution of all thriving life on this planet.
What inspires you to focus your energy on this work?
Being in service of initiatives that have a positive impact on people, communities and this planet.
Briefly describe your professional background and core creative skills.
Tech Start up Founder/Advisor/Boardmember - brand strategy, implementation of user-feedback loops, product integrity (are we doing what we say we do for the people we serve), team communication & vulnerability, product design, fundraising, taking start ups from ideation to actualization, building out skillset & personality compatible teams.
What helps you to be successful in a collaborative environment or team?
My willingness to be vulnerable, which allows others to be vulnerable. It creates trust, safety and comradery. My true-north being honoring the truth we feel inside us - never asking people to be something for me or someone else, but rather honoring what brings them joy, fulfillment. As I like to say to people I advise, not asking a dog to be a cat.

I love fostering connection between individuals (building out teams of expertise) and initiatives and watching the collaboration unfold into dreams made real. Why? Because it reinforces my own belief that anything is possible if we believe in it.
