Airport Pickup:
Alejandro will pick you up in his silver Hyundai sedan. He’ll have a sign with your name on it.

When you walk outside of Baggage Claim, walk to the right and you’ll see a cafe and sandwich shop with teal letters that reads ENTRADA VISITANTES. We recommend getting some food and something to drink, but plan to have something with you if you arrive very early or late. Alejandro will either meet you inside baggage claim or across from this entrance at the median.

Please text Alejandro on WhatsApp when you land and again when you get through customs. Make sure your roaming data is turned on to ensure the texts get to him. If you’ll only have wifi, send a photo and message to Alejandro before your flight.

The drive to Antigua can take anywhere from 45 min to 3 hours, depending on traffic. Traffic is lightest before 8am and after 7pm.

Once you enter the security gate take the first left to the wooden door I’m pointing to :)

Checking in:
Upon arriving at the entrance to the gated community, the guards will ask to see you ID to make sure you’re on record. When you get through the gate, please text Malena and Kirsten at the numbers above. One of us will meet you at the courtyard door and show you to your room.

We will have rapid COVID tests available. We suggest each person take one upon arrival as we have people flying in from different parts of the world and across the US. If you took a PCR or antigen test before your flight, you won’t need to be tested again. This is for ease of mind and group safety as COVID is still going around.
