Codemo Teams is a collaborative non-profit tech community focused on innovation, professional growth, and industry connections. Our structure is designed to provide clear roles and responsibilities to members, ensuring effective teamwork and impactful contributions.

Leader Roles & Responsibilities



Core Responsibilities of every group leader should:
✅ Set team goals aligned with the community’s mission.
✅ Ensure smooth execution of tasks and monitor team performance and participation.
✅ Provide mentorship and training to team members and help them.
✅ Maintain team discipline and communication flow.
✅ Report progress updates to higher management (MO+ or Founders).
✅ Encourage innovation and problem-solving within the team.
✅ Represent the team in cross-group meetings for collaboration.

Marketing Team - 2

Leader Director

Description
Oversees all marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Ensures social media, email, and freelancer outreach teams work effectively.
Provides training on Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Mailchimp.
Sets performance benchmarks (e.g., engagement rates, community growth).
Approves paid marketing budgets with the Finance Team.

Conducts weekly progress reviews with MO+ members.

Manages all moderators and ensures community rules are followed.
Leads the Career, Events, Council, and Speaks Moderators.
Handles conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Ensures all groups are engaging, inclusive, and professional.

Organizes Notion, community agreements, and legal documents.
Develops documentation templates for processes, FAQs, and policies.
Coordinates with PR & Finance teams for official records.

Ensures financial reports are transparent and well-documented.

Act as the primary point of contact for members in their group
Provide support, encouragement, and guidance to new or struggling members
Monitor team engagement, activity, and progress
Report feedback, needs, and concerns to upper leadership
Help onboard new members and explain community values and group goals
Ensure positive culture and collaboration within the team

Take mentorship leadership in one of the four core tech categories
Support members through chat, forums, and voice/video sessions
Actively participate in events, projects, and live community activities
Go live in voice channels to interact and mentor members directly

Ensure member engagement through newsletters and updates.
Track email performance and optimize open/click rates.
Freelancer Outreach (1-10)
Promote Codemo Teams on freelancer platforms.
Engage with professionals and freelancers to increase membership.

2. Management & Operations Plus (MO+)

Social Media Managers (1-5)
Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns on WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord.
Manage paid and organic promotions to increase engagement.
Analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies.
Content Creators (3-5)
Plan new Ideas new things Activities events posts and coordinate content publishing with the Content Managers
Content Manager & Strategist (1-3)
Define content strategies aligned with community goals.
Oversee content creation, editing, and scheduling.
Manage SEO optimization and audience engagement.
Documentation (1-2)
Maintain structured documentation in Notion.
Organize agreements, templates, and Google Forms.
Ensure all guides, policies, and FAQs are accessible.

3. Graphic & Content Team

Graphic Designers (3+)
Create consistent and visually appealing designs.
Video Editor and Recorder (2+)
Edit session recordings and promotional content.
Content Writers (1-2)
Write engaging blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.

4. XCollab Team

Project Managers (5+)
Oversee open-source projects and mentor new members.
Ensure smooth workflow within the development team.
Junior Web Developers (4+)
Build and maintain web apps using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React
Collaborate on UI/UX, API integrations, and responsive design
Use Git for version control and assist in testing and deployment
Follow best practices for SEO, performance, and accessibility
Junior AI Developers (3+)
Assist in AI model development and data preparation
