Co Leader Director & Supervisor Description
Oversees all marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. Ensures social media, email, and freelancer outreach teams work effectively. Provides training on Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and Mailchimp. Sets performance benchmarks (e.g., engagement rates, community growth). Approves paid marketing budgets with the Finance Team. Leads discussions on community policies and operational decisions. Guides Community Moderators on engagement and conflict resolution.
