What is a Badge System?

A badge system is a way to recognize and reward people for their contributions and skills within a community or organization. It uses visual symbols digital badges to show someone's role, achievements, and expertise.

Eligible Categories for All Codemo Teams Core

Define categories based on roles and responsibilities. Each badge should dedicate on a specific role in the core of community.

Responsibilities

Create and present fresh, innovative ideas for community events, workshops, online webinar and sessions.

Develop strategy of event success after selection of idea detailed event plans that align with Codemo Teams mission and objectives.

Keep up to date on industry trends to ensure events remain relevant, exciting, and impactful.

Review past events to understand what worked well and where improvements can be made for future initiatives.

Award Criteria

Successfully propose and implement at least one impactful event idea.

Develop comprehensive strategies that result in high engagement and positive feedback.

Regularly contribute creative solutions to improve Codemo Teams community experience.

Working Format

The working format is straightforward you got an idea, simply send a message to the Administration Leader with the event title, target audience, your name, and your role in the community.
