Prioritization Matrix

about

Directions

The goal of this exercise is to help us consider which ideas to prioritize for 2025 based on the level of impact and resources needed.
This isn’t about a perfect or precise output but rather thinking through the relative impact and resource required for our ideas.
We are doing this in response to the org wide feedback received on burnout and bandwidth.
This tool is intended to help and support our prioritization conversation. We are not assuming, for example, that we must select the idea(s) that are the lowest resource. The purpose of the matrix is to help us analyze potential solutions from multiple angles so that we can have an informed discussion. The matrix will not dictate what to prioritize; it will help us have a richer conversation.
If you don’t want to bring in all the ideas use this scale to narrow them down based on how many total dollars is the minimum you want to bring over
