Start tracking your weightlifting progress with this doc!
How to use:
Click “Copy Doc” in the top right corner to make a personal copy for your workout progress
You can create a Safari Shortcut to this doc when you’re ready to use this doc at the gym!
Delete the page when done reading!
Add the exercises you want to track to the Exercise table using the Add Exercise button
Or edit them in table
Add a 1RM (one rep max) or Set from a workout using the Add Effort button
Instead of entering the weight manually, you can count the weight by plates using the sliders and “extra lbs” input
Remember to include the weight of the bar :)
Track your progress with the Stats line chart
You can choose to measure your progress by 1RM or by Best Sets
One Rep Max - the maximum amount of weight that a person can possibly lift for one repetition
Best Set - aka training to failure means selecting a weight that's heavy enough so that the last rep taxes you to the point that you struggle to complete it in that set
