You’re scaling fast. Trade AI is winning in AU and the US, but onboarding and delivery is still slowed by human bottlenecks.

You want:

A real AI agent (not just a chatbot)

That onboards clients

Chases missing info

Builds campaigns (ads, eBook, LP, etc.)

Talks to clients in Slack/SMS/phone

Hands off assets to Regine + Joseph

Eventually runs delivery end-to-end

🔹 Option 1: Onboarding Agent (Slack Bot MVP)

Goal: Automate client onboarding + info collection.

What it does:

Slack welcome message (“Hey, it’s Mary from Trade AI…”)

Sends Typeform during Zoom onboarding

Tracks what’s filled out vs missing

Chases missing info:

Slack → SMS → Retell phone call

Reads transcript + Typeform

Flags Regine when ready

Passes data to Joseph for GHL setup

🔹 Option 2: Onboarding + AI Interview Bot

Goal: Add guided AI calls + internal dashboard.

Includes everything in Option 1, plus:

AI-led onboarding calls (Retell)

Progress dashboard showing each client’s status

Real-time alerts for stuck clients or missing info

Seamless handoff to Regine or Joseph when ready

Goal: Full system that builds the entire campaign post-onboarding.

Includes everything in Options 1 + 2, plus:

Reads: Typeform, Zoom transcript, client website

Builds:

Meta ads (copy + targeting)

Creatives via Creative.ai / AdZai

eBook + landing pages

Email sequences

Uploads to Meta Ads Manager (if creds provided)

Slack approvals + edit loops

Summary for Regine to QC + send to client
