When you get back home and put down your re-usable bags or paper bags on your kitchen surface, lay the content of your shopping out on a kitchen surface as you do and count those wrapped in Plastic (Write the number under Plastic-Free column) and those that are plastic-Wrapped.
Guide:
Use common sense to count loose fruit and vegetable like 2-4 lemons, 2-4 apples and 1-2 courgettes as 1 plastic free item.
Use same logic, it’s fine to be approximate, just be honest with yourself.
The purpose is to genuinely learn about the relationship between effort, availability and your plastic-free score in your life where your neighbourhood.

Next time you go shopping, avoid single-use plastic as much as you can and measure your score below:
Now add up the Plastic-Free column and add up the Plastic Wrapped column, and calculate:
Plastic Free Total: 35
Plastic-wrapped: 52
Your Plastic Free Score: 35/(35+52) = 40%
