We need a strong supporting character to balance out our current Regional Manager. If you have a skillset for managing employee output, diverting office shenanigans, and maintaining high quality sales numbers, this could be a fit! Essentially, you’ll be the assistant to the Regional Manager.
How You Will Impact (Company)
Analyze and track regional sales for each salesperson
Ensure our accountants have reports ready each week
Find and maintain corporate relationships to boost paper sales
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Develop new employees as they begin their sales career
What We’d Like to See From You
3 years of sales experience
Familiarity with sales platforms
High School diploma or equivalent
Even Better If You Have..
Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant coursework
1 year of managing experience
What You Can Expect From Us
Pay Range 💵
Starting Salary for this role is $45,000 and up to $60,000
