Present Perfect Continuos

O Present Perfect Continuous, também conhecido como Present Perfect Progressive, é um dos tempos verbais em inglês que é usado para descrever ações que começaram no passado e continuam até o presente, ou ações que ocorreram recentemente e têm relevância no presente. Ele é formado usando o presente simples do verbo "to have" (have/has), o particípio presente (gerúndio) do verbo principal e a palavra "been". A estrutura básica é a seguinte:

[Sujeito] + [have/has] + [been] + [verbo principal no gerúndio] + [complementos]

Aqui estão alguns exemplos para ilustrar como o Present Perfect Continuous é utilizado:

I HAVE BEEN STUDING (study) for the exam for two hours, and I still don't feel prepared.

She looks tired because she HAS BEEN WORKING (work) in the garden all day.

They are out of breath because they HAVE BEEN RUNNING (run) for 30 minutes without stopping.
