Link your user account to a business in dunsguide

Note: You must be logged into Dunsguide to claim a business. If you don't have an account yet, please refer to the 'Creating an Account on Dunsguide' documentation.

Linking Your Personal Account to an Existing Business Profile on Dunsguide

To Claim a Business:

Click on 'Find Companies' or use the search feature on the Dunsguide homepage.
Navigate to the business profile you wish to claim as your own and click on the 'Claim this Profile' button.
Review and confirm that the selected company matches the business you represent. Please verify the address, tax ID, and company name.
If not logged in, you will be asked to either log in or sign up.
Upload one of the accepted legal documents to validate your management of the business. Ensure that the documents are original and legible, then click 'Submit Documents'.
You're all set! Our team will review the submitted documents and approve the request within a maximum of 5 working days and you will get an email notification.
Once your claim has been approved, click on the link in the email or confirm your claim at to finish the claim process.
Please note, if the documents cannot be validated, your request may be denied. In this case, you will need to submit a new request with the correct documentation.

If your business is not yet listed on Dunsguide:

Navigate to the “Create a business” page ()
If not logged in: Click “List my business” in the header.
If logged in: Navigate to the Dunsguide homepage. At the bottom, there's an option to list a new business. Click on 'List Your Business in Dunsguide'.
Fill in the details of your business and submit the form.
