Inviting a User to Join Dunsguide

Note: This process is done through ACL Backoffice. If you don't have access, you will need to request it through a Jira ticket.
You can pre-set a user account and link it to a company, allowing the user to avoid the claim process on Dunsguide.

Here's how to do it:

Log in to ACL (Backoffice).
Navigate to the 'Admin' tab and then to 'Companies'.
First, verify that the new company you're trying to enable doesn't already exist by searching by DUNS or subscriber number. If the company already exists, click on the 'Edit' button, navigate to the 'Product Permissions' tab, enable 'CIAL Dunsguide', and click 'Save'. Then, go to the 'User' tab. If the user you're trying to enable doesn't exist, click on 'Add', enter the email, select the 'Company Admin' group, and you're all set to provide access to the customer. If the company didn't exist, continue with the next step.
Click on 'Create New' in the top right corner.
Use the search box to pre-fill the form data with the DUNS information.
Complete the required fields that are still missing on the form.
In the 'Product Access Permissions' section, enable 'CIAL Dunsguide' and click 'Create'.
Add at least one email to link to the company as an admin user.
Click on the 'Save' button.
You're all set! The invitation has been sent to the user(s).
The added emails will receive an invitation email where they will need to set up a password. They will automatically be linked to the business profile for the company on Dunsguide
