Accessing SAT Documents Section (Only Mexico)

Welcome to the "Accessing SAT Documents" section of Dunsguide's documentation. In this section, we'll guide you on how to download all your SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria) documents from our platform. Please note that you can access these documents once you've provided your CIEC (Clave de Identificación Electrónica Confidencial) in the Dunsguide platform.

Download Your SAT Documents:

To download your SAT documents, please follow these steps:

1. Go to

Download SAT Documents (cial.tech)⁠

2. Navidate to Download_SAT_Documents tab

3. Enter the company TAX ID

4. Click “List documents”

Important Notes:

You can identify customers who have provided their CIEC by checking the status of their claim request in the ACL back office. An automatically approved request with no attachment files indicates that CIEC has been provided.

Please ensure that you only download SAT documents from your own account for security and privacy reasons.
