Create a template and then run that template as a checklist whenever you want
This is one of the Coda Docs I find the most useful and would miss the most if it wasn’t there.
It’s a tool for creating templates for tasks I do periodically.
When I’m doing the task it automatically generates a checklist from the template.
This is what I love about it:
It’s very simple. I don’t need the bells and whistles of something like
(as great as Process Street is). I just need a reminder of the steps in my repetitive tasks.
I can power through admin work on auto pilot.
It removes the cognitive load when I’m trying to remember how to do something I do infrequently.
It helps with consistency and reducing errors.
