Hi, my name is Christine Bell, and an Account Manager for Influential Team Leaders and a Team Services Strategy Analyst at eXp Realty. I thrive on creating structure, supporting teams with thoughtful systems, and ensuring the details behind the scenes are just as strong as the ideas out front.

With a natural CS/Cs DISC profile, I bring a calm, analytical, and steady presence to my work. I enjoy solving complex problems, aligning operations with strategic goals, and helping others work more efficiently and effectively. I’m at my best when I can quietly dig into a challenge, uncover insights, and build solutions that improve the way we work, without creating chaos.

I don’t rush decisions, I take time to make sure things are done right, and I appreciate when others do the same. Faith and gratitude guide how I approach life, work, and growth. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two, a wife, and a dog lover. Our home is full of energy with a French bulldog and a pit bull. I love to unwind with a good book, especially on topics like self-improvement and business development. Curiosity and a love of learning drive me. As a native Floridian, the beach is my happy place, and my favorite vacation is a cruise.
