Credit Memo transfer order

Did the Order get returned to the warehouse?
If it’s a sales order, only process credit with the quantity received in the inbound tally.
If it’s a Transfer Order, create a new Transfer Order and transfer inventory back to the original location.
Is the invoice from this month? Reach out to Sucre.
Go to Netsuite→ Find Invoice→ Click Edit→ Click Actions→ Delete
Find Item Fulfillment→ Click Edit→ Click Actions→ Delete
Return to OMS→ Fix Sales Order→ Fulfill/Invoice

Is the invoice from the previous month?
Go to Cockpit→ Click on Accounting→ Click on Invoice Management→ Find Invoice
Click on Credit.
Change the Invoice Date to the first of the Month.

Click Submit.
If you need to create a new Sales Order, click Yes. This will take you to OMS, where an A version of the Sales Order has been made.

Correct the errors and fill out the invoice with the invoice date on the first of the month.
Sync to Warehouse= NO

If the Invoice status is Paid In Full in NetSuite, we can not push the credit memo from the cockpit to NetSuite.

Please review the Netsuite invoice. There might be two scenarios.
1 - If another credit memo is already applied to that invoice.
2—The invoice amount is zero and marked as paid in full. Then, Create credit in Net Suite.
