From the left navigation, click the + New mailing button 
Select the type of mailing you’d like to send:Radius Campaign - Highlight a recent transaction and target surrounding homeowners. Ideal for generating listing leads. Enter the property address, and we’ll build a targeted mailing list based on your criteria. Audience Mailing - Send cards to your own list. Upload an existing audience and create a mass mailing.Sphere Mailing - Schedule cards for special occasions. Stay top of mind with current and past clients. Ideal for holidays.Individual Card - Send a single card. Say thank you, happy birthday, happy home anniversary, or congratulate a client who just closed on their home.
From the left navigation, click the + New mailing buttonSelect Individual Card
You have the option to edit the pre-populated details (card template, return address, target mail date)
Click Choose Address to mail to
Enter the recipient’s name and address
Click Choose Message
Write your message or pick from existing copy templates
Click SaveReview your card (envelope, front, inside, back)
Click SendApprove the PDF proof
Click Send CampaignDone! Your card will be mailed based on the target date
