From the left navigation, select Settings Scroll down to Integrations, and click Connect BoomTown
Log in to your BoomTown account
Click Continue to grant permission
Automatically, you’ll be returned to the Addressable platformNext, you’ll need to connect a BoomTown user to an Addressable user
Select Click to Select User, andClick Connect
The user will now display under Connected Users
Click Create User
Enter user details and save
Enter a keyword for your card trigger (i.e. birthday). Provide any name you like. In a later step, the keyword will be added to BoomTown.
Click Add TriggerFrom the dropdown, select a user to add to the trigger
Click the Add User buttonSelect the Card Design and Card Copy
Once the card is set up, click return to trigger
Click Manage Trigger
Confirm user is Active
Within BoomTown, set a custom To-Do for the userFor the custom label, enter the same keyword used for the card trigger (i.e. birthday) 
Click Save
Begin typing the tag name and select the one you want
Click Import List
These BoomTown contacts are now ready to mail from Addressable
If there’s a match: the contact will be updated in BoomTown and add an event (i.e. John Smith called or John Smith scanned the QR code)If there’s not a match: a new user will be created in BoomTown
From the left navigation, click SettingsScroll down to Integrations, and click Manage BoomTown

Connect Accounts
First, you’ll need to connect your BoomTown account to your Addressable account.
Connect Users
Once a BoomTown user account is associated with an Addressable account, they become a card author. They’ll be able to send cards using their name.
Connect Existing User
If the BoomTown user already has an Addressable account:

If the BoomTown user does NOT have an Addressable account:
Card Triggers
Card triggers automatically send a handwritten card to a single contact. Use card triggers to send one-off, individual cards whenever you want.
EXAMPLE: When a contact has a birthday, send a birthday card. You can create as many card triggers as you want—and add many users per trigger.
Commonly used card triggers include birthday, congratulations, home-iversary, and thank you.
When the custom To-Do occurs, a handwritten card will automatically be sent.
List Import
List import is based on a tag in BoomTown. Use list import to create a mass mailing to all contacts who have the tag.
Lead Sync
Sync leads between Addressable and BoomTown.
Whenever someone calls your Smart Number or scans your QR code, this feature will attempt to match the contact back to a BoomTown contact.
