Partnership Pipeline/Onboarding Workflow

We have three basic types of Partnerships

Science of Visualization” Series
This is where Eric interviews top sports psych/team mental coaches, etc. about the mental game and its roles/effects in sport.
This is a more high-quality/production value series (think “Quarterback” or “Receiver” shows).
This person should be a mental coach, sports psych, behavioral doc, etc.

Content and Expansion
This is where the partner creates content around their mental practice, pre-game, struggles, etc. User Generated Content or POV here.
This is where a singular person shares with their close friends, family, and/or network. This is done one-to-one. (This is the differentiator between content/expansion & JV’s as shown below)
This person is an athlete, coach, mental game expert.
This is our most versatile partner type because anyone who excels in mindset/mental practice will be good for this content type.

Joint Venture (JVs)
This is where we work with them to promote mastery to their audience.
This could be via email campaign or Webinar. These campaigns will last approximately 1 week.
This is a one-to-many approach to borrow the JVs authority and reach a loyal audience for bulk acquisition.
These JVs should/would be enrolled as an affiliate for compensation/reward for sharing their audience with us.

Workflow:

Identify Potentials
Identify someone you feel might be a good fit for a partnership
Add to your list and set the status in the “Partnership Potential” column to “Partner”

This will automatically add the “Partner Prospect” status and will now be shown in the “Partnership Pipeline” board.

AFTER they have used the app and have expressed excitement or satisfaction (e.g., texts you with positive feedback, submits a survey with satisfactory ratings, etc.) — intro the opportunity for partnership and setup a call/meeting to discuss and find which option is the best fit for them.
Move the card along the status columns as this movement progresses (for example: you set up a call to discuss → drag card to “Meeting scheduled”).
After meeting, update the comment section of the card with the outcome and set the Partnership type (if secured) or move to “not interested” if applicable.

Once moved to “Partnership Secured” this will trigger the “Partner Onboarding” status and now the record will show up on the “Partnership Onboarding” contact record to begin the strategy and build out of assets needed to fulfill our side of the partnership.
Depending on the type of partnership selected, the appropriate person will be added to the contact (example: if “JV” is selected, Chris Russell will be added to the card to strategize the plan/be notified of action needed; if “Content” is selected, Alex Hartman will be added to strategize the plan.)
image (18).png
Once moved to “Partnership Onboarding” and the appropriate person is notified, that fulfillment lead will send the intro to the partner to discuss details and strategy and either go back and forth via email (to gather the info needed to build the strategy) or schedule a meeting to gather the info. Once this initial outreach is completed → move card to the “Intro Sent” status.

After the info is gathered, the fulfillment lead then moves the card to “Strategy” to build the strategy.

Once strategy is added, they will then move the card to the “Asset Build-Out” status.
image (21).png
Once assets are ready, they will then add a link to the asset folder, and move to “Ready For Approval” and Tag Eric (or whoever is in charge of approving deployment)

image (22).png
image (23).png
Eric (or head of partnership) is notified and needs to reviews assets, approve or request changes, once approved by checking the “Thumbs Up”, then move the card to the “Ready To Deploy” status.
image (26).png
image (27).png
image (28).png
Once in “Ready to Deploy”, the fulfillment lead will then share the assets with the partner and schedule the campaign with partner (if a JV Promo) and either move to “Deployment Scheduled” (if JV Promo) or “Deployed” (if its Content/Expansion).
image (29).png
image (30).png
If a scheduled deployment, the fulfillment lead sets the due date in the “Deployment Date”, so the status can be moved to “Deploy” on that date.
