Goal: To provide instructions for designing and creating marketing collateral for the Halloween 30% off promotion.

Context: Following this SOP will ensure cohesive, optimized assets for the promotion across platforms.

When to Use: Leading up to annual Halloween promotion each October.

Instructions:

Review examples of past promotions at [link].

Curate images of black clothing/accessory products for promotion.

Design two image collage options with products and "30% Off All Black Items" text.

Send to Creative Director for selection and approval.

Once approved, create assets:

IG post and Stories

Facebook post

Website banner

Newsletter images

Include code SCARY30 and deadline details on relevant assets.

Send final assets to Creative Director for approval before publishing.
