Completing Sacks Wholesale Intake Form

Goal: To provide instructions for filling out the Sacks wholesale intake form with new seasonal product information.
Context: This SOP will ensure the intake form is completed accurately and consistently for each new product season.
When to Use: Follow this SOP when receiving a new Sacks intake form template and product line sheet for upcoming seasons.
Instructions:
Open the Sacks intake form Excel file and product line sheet.
Starting in the first row, enter the following for each product style:
Image: Insert product image according to filename conventions.
Style Number: Enter the style number from the line sheet (format OMXXX).
Style Description: Enter the product name/description from the line sheet.
Cost: Enter the wholesale cost price from the line sheet.
Retail: Calculate and enter the MSRP retail price by multiplying the cost by 2.2 and rounding to the nearest whole dollar.
After completing information for one style, share the intake form with the Creative Director via Google Sheets.
Wait for approval before continuing to enter data for remaining styles.
Once all styles are complete, share the final version of the intake form with the Creative Director.
