Go to

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/home⁠

⁠

Click menu button located at the upper left corner select (Orders) then (Manage Orders)

⁠

Filter date range and select (Last 90 days)

⁠

Select the order by right clicking the order number and should create a new tab.

⁠

Click (Request a Review) located at the upper right corner then click (Yes)

⁠

Repeat the process to the applicable orders.
