Move tech billing process

Objectives:
Help you to design and implement a RevOps system to efficiently and effectively bill and recognise revenue accurately.
We’d look to do this in two phases:
Phase 1: Design (4 days)
Phase 2: Implement (TBA)
The first phase is detailed below.
Note: It’s impossible to know exactly how long the implementation phase will take without knowing the system requirements, etc. However, we will report back at the end of this phase and and confirm priorities with you before proceeding.

Identify gaps in the current processes and tools
Undertake high level review of tools available on the market to find the right fit (note: we’d likely need more time if demos are a requirement)

NB:
We contract for a number of days booked rather than for fixed outputs. We think this model gives more flexibility and a better integration with your team. However it does mean that we’re not able to guarantee fixed outputs - just an agreement on priorities and where we’ll spend our time. Our team work for you on a secondment basis for the days contracted.
