Elliptic HiBob implementation plan

I’ve had a 10 year career in HR/People Teams, starting out in recruitment, before moving into People Operations.
As a fractional PeopleOps Lead at RORA, I bring together my HR, recruitment and Ops experience to help high-growth startups & scaleups build best-in-class People functions.
I’ve supported businesses such as Moonvalley, Poolside Ai & ManyPets improve their end-to-end people processes (onboarding, retention, performance management etc...)
Specific project experience:
I’ve completed 3 successful HiBob implementations across companies from a headcount of 30 to 250 & also have experience ‘re-implementing’ & better integrating HiBob, after poor installations.
Over my career, I’ve also implemented further HRIS such as Zelt, Humaans & have experience using systems such as Lattice& Leapsome. I’ve implemented MDM solutions, as well as identity management such as Okta. I think it’s fair to say I’ve got in depth experience across the HR and Ops tech stack.

Project objective:

To successfully implement HiBob for Elliptic, migrating from BambooHR & Lattice etc.. with a particular focus on the onboarding & performance management set up, to support ramp up in hiring plans.

Breaking and Planning
Interrogate existing onboarding process & performance management processes
Break down processes using first principle thinking - identify automation opportunities through HiBob
Plan implementation/assign owners
Prep & data cleanse

Identify further systems that need to connect
Clean data in Bamboo HR before export
Double check all data integrity once uploaded to HiBob
Move all contracts and ID data into HiBob for a single source of truth
Delete data from other sources (GDPR compliant)
Onboarding
Start to create the onboarding process in HiBob (pre-boarding, day 1 checklist, check-ins)
Test with avatar/fake employee accounts.
Iterate on processes

Performance management
Import past performance reviews, goals etc.. from Lattice
Start building out performance management cadence and templates in HiBob (eg. 360 feedback, goal-frameworks)
Do we have something we’re using right now that we can lift and shift?
What kind of performance management process are we using right now? Do we need to rebuild?
Prep go live + testing
Migrate policies, handbooks etc..
Ensure annual leave policies for workforce is prepped
Add benefits landing page into HiBob with call to actions
Test & use ‘go live checklist’ in Agile template in Notion (configure permissions, key stakeholders test flows)
Ensure team are prepped & trained
Processes are documented
