Revenue Model Development

Build dynamic, driver-based revenue model aligned to AutoRFP’s business model

Review GSheets revenue assumptions
Recreate and refine drivers (pricing, volume, churn, ARPU, etc.)
Link revenue outputs into 3-statement model
Link data to HubSpot outputs and audit outputs
If HS data hygiene in good order, integrate into Causal
Test logic and scalability
Revenue model integrated into 3-statement model
Day 3
Headcount & Operating Expenses
Build detailed headcount and hiring plan
Integrate other Opex assumptions

Set up headcount by department/role using existing forecast logic
Link payroll costs to P&L and cashflow
Build Opex drivers (marketing, software, etc.)
Validate outputs vs. historicals

Cashflow & Dashboard Development

Finalise cashflow forecasting
Build exec dashboards
Align cashflow with balance sheet movements
Add working capital assumptions
Design dashboards with KPIs and charts
Review model outputs with stakeholders

Integration, QA & Training

Sync all model components
Conduct QA and client training

Consolidate all modules into unified model
