Narada: Product Market Fit

Roadmap development and feedback

Work with Narada Engineers to provide directionality on PMF and feature development recommendations, and present a single score to assist them in making development decisions.
We want to know what users love — and what holds them back. But how do you balance these? This is a great way to provide balance between pain points and opportunities Vision-driven teams are apt to double down on what users love. Feedback-driven teams are apt to double down on addressing feedback (this is mostly where the Narada team is focused. But it turns out that neither extreme is optimal.
If you only double down on what users love, your product/market fit score will not increase. If you only address what holds users back, your competition will likely overtake you.
We can use this philosophy to automatically generate a roadmap that will increase product/market fit.

Product roadmap input (example)

This is an example of connecting the roadmap input once we have at least 40 responses. This is an example from the BKM but we could split our roadmap recommendations, for example. We could spend half our time doubling down on what our very disappointed users loved, and half our time on our speed-loving-yet-somewhat-disappointed users. We can also label every feature with a impact and effort label to objectively optimize priority features for our product market fit.
For the second half of the roadmap we could address what holds somewhat disappointed users back — For the first half of the roadmap — doubling down on what people love — and we can intuit the impact of the feature.
To increase our product/market fit score, we could spend half your time doubling down on what users already love and the other half on addressing what’s holding others back. This is what we have been calling the “deep dive”.
