Before the meeting: Add topics
Prior to your weekly meeting, ask the employee to add any discussion topics they’d like to cover during this time.
Tip: Be sure to discuss the following topics on a regular basis: Weekly: What can we add to ?
During the meeting: take notes
At the start of each one-on-one session, fill in your sentiments about how things are going. Then, review the sentiments together and discuss meeting topics.
After the meeting: Action items
Keep track of important to-do’s that surface during your 1-on-1 meetings. You can hide the completed task by using the filter. (Hover over the table, use the filter at the top right to hide and show items)
