In the rare event your ad account has been disabled, please notify your Account Manager who can open an
internal review with the Facebook team.
In most cases, your ad account will be reinstated within 24-48 hours. In some cases, for more thorough
reviews, it can take longer than this.
If your ad account doesn't get reinstated, we can transfer the funds to a different ad account so you can
continue advertising there.
Please discuss this with your Account Manager directly, and do not fill out the Ad Account Request form.
Warning ‼️ when ad account is disabled we can not remove or transfer funds to any other ad accounts or withdraw funds from it. we wait for Meta’s decision if ad account is back you can use it normally ( keep your eyes on the ad account we are not responsible if your ad account is back and start spending ) if ad account is permanently disabled we can take funds after 16 days.
