Check Balance

If you would like to check your Ad Account balance on Facebook, go to Business Settings > Billing, and then

click "Payment Settings" in the top right.

Or you can contact us we can check for you

You must do this on a Profile that has access to your Ad Account.

Here you can see your exact, live amount remaining on that ad account.

Planning Ad Account Balance

The Ad Accounts can only be topped up between 9:00 - 17:00 CET time, Monday - Friday.

We can accept payments outside of these hours, but top-ups are not guaranteed to happen outside of these

hours.

It's very important to plan the account balance needed in advance to make sure you avoid hitting O.

This is especially important on a Friday, before the weekend, as a top-up wouldn't be possible till Monday.

Calculate the daily budget across your campaigns, and allow some additional room for scaling, and make sure

this is sufficient in the balance to cover the weekend spend
