CEEW’s AI-based Knowledge Management System (KMS) is

After rounds of feedback from some of you (you know who you are, thank you!), we’ve implemented your feedback to launch a functional KMS — it functions like ChatGPT, but better! It doesn’t make up answers!

Here’s how you can access it:

Visit your Google Chat

Click on “New Chat” button

Search for “KMS Bot” and click on it.

The bot will ask for configuration, which basically means you need to confirm your work email address.

Once successfully configured, you’ll get a welcome message, guiding you on how to ask a question.

To get the best response format your question like so: category, question

For example: “Policies, How do I raise a hashtag?”

GChat bot works best when you want to ask quick questions, but to get nuanced answers with appropriate filters and files and to ask follow up questions, we recommend you visit the official KMS URL. Here’s how:

Click on “CEEW Bot” and select one of the categories on the following screen:

Here’s what you can expect from the tool:

Query CEEW’s internal data (policies, publications, and website content (sans images)), or ask external research facing questions using Perplexity’s two advanced models — Sonar Pro and Sonar Reasoning Pro (Deepseek’s model, servers based out of the US).

For every answer, you get the source links so you can verify the information yourself.

Want to ask super specific queries? Click on the plus button and filter by programme teams, publications types, or even individual files.

The loading time for Perplexity’s Deepseek model could be slightly higher than other categories. it’s because its answers are more nuanced and reasoned well.
