Use of Color
The Columbia College color palette is provided below for reference. However, you are not required to use any particular color palette in custom multimedia designs. Multimedia design must be age-appropriate and accessible with sufficient contrast.
Navy Blue: HEX 144678
Silver: HEX 767676
Accessibility Note: To meet WCAG compliance, these colors can be used on a white background at a minimum size of 24 px or 18 pt (1.5 em) and in bold at a minimum size of 19 px or 14 pt (1.2 em).
Standard Typography
The Columbia College fonts are provided below for reference. However, you are not required to use any particular font in custom multimedia designs. Typography design must be legible and accessible with sufficient text contrast. Visual text must have a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1, except for large-scale text (18 pt or 14 pt bold) which should have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1.
