Humboldt Park is the hub of Puerto Rican cuisine in Chicago! Unfortunately, that area is at least a 20-minute drive from the hotel, and many of these restaurants close in the early evenings (6-7pm). Because these are also Mom-and-Pop-shops, we think it might be challenging to fit 70 people into one of their restaurants. Instead of focusing on Puerto Rican cuisine for this all-company dinner, we might want to pursue one of these restaurants to cater a lunch or for team meals.
