Life can be likened to a series of chess games. We have the choice to be either the player or a piece on someone else's board. As players, we must move forward without the luxury of an undo button. The outcome—whether victory or defeat—hinges on our next move, not the ones we've already made. I'm not the most skilled chess player, and losing key pieces like the queen has taught me valuable lessons. That's why there are exercises to help us play without them. I hope we can all relish the game we're in, embracing our role as players. Even if we lose a game, there's always another opportunity to play, armed with lessons learned and a refined strategy.
