Guide to Adding Photos to the Website

Step 1: Access the Photo Gallery

Locate the folder containing the gallery of photos to be added to the website.
Note: Only focus on the photos, not the video clip.
Step 2: Resize the Photos

Use the provided resize folder or your own.
Upload images to the resize tool:
Select images and find the download option.
Click on 'file size' and then 'image size'.
Change the image format to WebP.
Click 'start' to optimize and download a zip file.
Step 3: Rename the Photos

Follow the naming convention provided:
Format: event title_001 (e.g., Women Empowerment Brunch_001).
Ensure each photo is renamed according to the event it represents.
Step 4: Update the Website Home Page

Go to the home page of the website.
Remove the existing 'level up' section to keep only the latest conference.
Step 5: Create the Gallery Page

Navigate to the gallery page, which is currently empty.
Clone the home page to use the same structure for the gallery.
Step 6: Add the Gallery Title

Keep the hero section and add a title for the gallery.
Step 7: Insert the Conference Images

Clone the row for the latest event (e.g., Women Empowerment Brunch).
Update the module settings to upload the renamed images.
Step 8: Ensure Correct File Uploads

When uploading files, select the 'gallery photos' folder.
Avoid uploading to 'unassigned files' to ensure proper organization.
Step 9: Finalize the Gallery

Confirm that both events are added to the gallery.
Ensure all photos are renamed and optimized for web use.
