The challenge: design a system that uses wearable health technology and DAILY user input to capture the daily notes/data/events/symptoms/etc that would be required to properly inform both the patient and the doctor on what is happening with the patient.
today’s wearables don’t give enough data
how to track data and track it easily
how to dashboard for our family

Potential topics: ubiquity of human health sensors (e.g. Apple watch) and how this data can be leveraged to improve quality/longetivity of live

For example
If I ask you how is your sleep, you might say "well last night it was good, but the night before it was meh, and I can't remember how it was 3 nights ago, let alone for the last 6 months"
but if you walk in with my sleep graph from my fitbit, you can have an informed conversation with the doctor
Adding to the challenge... today's wearables can only track so much, but real symptom and diet tracking requires human input. How do you make it easy (for example) for a migrane sufferer to track their headaches daily? Or for an arthritis sufferer to track their pain level daily?
or better yet, multiple times per day
Strava - social media/gamification of health data - how might this make a significant improvement to physical fitness of a society? Can there be a Strava for mental health?
