To-do:
Lets find a coder, collaborator and creative to show the usage of AI via Prompt Engineering in their work area:

March 8, 2024:
Lee: to confirm what the hard cap for the Tenant Lounge is; believe it is 125
Lee: to determine if he can get AV equipment for the evening; backup is that Tim has some equipment
Lee: will run an “Olympic of Games” which he does with the tenants; consists of a series of games that teams of 4 can rotate through (e.g. basketball, skee ball, 3 ball pool, “beer” pong, arcade challenge, etc.) - he already has premade signs
Lee: has made contact with Heather McRae (city economic development amongst retailers?) - to connect further with CCC for potential door prizes
Tim: compile some stats and analytics for CCC over the last 2 years to use as marketing material > provide to Luis to “beautify”; then use to solicit door prizes from sponsors
Creatives - for an ongoing HUMAN feature at the events
Agenda
6:00 p.m. - Networking up front
7:00 p.m. - Spoken Word Poet: weave in “collaborator, coder/technology” still within the inclusion theme; then followed by panel discussion: what is like for you to be a creative in a changing digital landscape; Raul to come up with questions and lead
Could tie in Women’s Day: March 8
Throughout the evening - Door prize draw
8:30 p.m. - Closing

Warith to send details of a hackathon event involving many oil and gas companies: > It looks like Corva is a solutions platform provider and ran a hackathon that invited different users within the O&G space (drilling, completions, geoscience, sustainability) to use its app building platform to create some outputs. Very neat! Knowing that they are a solutions provider, we would want to work further to see how they may want to engage a non-profit initiative like ours. We do welcome for profits to participate in our events, some have chosen to sponsor, but we just want to be mindful of not giving too extensive of a platform to sell their products to those attending. So, just need to establish some alignment of intention. Ad-hoc Invitations to the Poetry Community in Calgary
