How can we incorporate PLC into the tour

People should know buildings, subdividing, and paving are not allowed

It’s an easement that monetizing for the rights for something we’re not going to do - building that is not going to occur.

We are giving away the rights to certain things (building, timber, etc).

Easement will hold regardless of the what happens with Guilford
