A ticket will have a standard resolution deadline on basis of priority. But if you feel that the time is not sufficient and you need more time to get the ticket resolved, drop a comment to POC mentioning the updated deadline and the POC will update the deadline accordingly. It is advised to update the ‘New Deadline’ before the standard deadline provided.
Note: In case the department feels that the ticket won’t be resolved within stipulated deadline and needs further time, the department can request the POC to change the deadline. All you have to do is to fill the updated deadline in (Actions→ ‘Suggested Due Date by Department’) field and the POC will update the deadline.
