Role Overview

Responsibilities

Work with teams to optimize user experiences by recommending data-driven changes based on trends, feedback, and analytics.


Provide strategic direction by guiding teams on how to interpret and use data for decision-making.


Present key insights to leadership and other teams, helping them understand data trends and opportunities for improvement.


Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with ministry goals, ensuring teams have clear metrics to measure success.


Lead data review sessions with other teams to ensure alignment on goals, metrics, and strategies.


Provide data training to other departments, helping them understand how to use data to make informed decisions and measure performance.


Stay current on industry trends related to data analytics, tools, and best practices to ensure the ministry remains innovative and efficient in its use of data.


Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies, share updates, and ensure the team is aligned with the church's overall vision.
