Looking at what sort of device visitors to the site used. It appears that 70% of traffic is on mobile devices, while 27% was on a desktop or laptop and about 3% was on a tablet.
The bounce rate on mobile was 60% while on desktop it was around 38%. So this suggests that the site is possibly loading too slowly or not giving mobile users an optimal experience. Average session duration was also almost twice as long on desktop and tablet as on mobile devices. However, mobile users still performed more goal completions (like enquiry form completions) than visitors on desktop or tablet.
