This year we saw a 50% decrease in referrals from social media. I suspect this was not due to a lack of activity on social media but may be as simple as not having links back to the website occurring as often in social media posts. I’d recommend using to add easy to type links in Instagram posts.
Follower Growth
There was positive growth seen this year in terms of social media followers, particularly on Instagram. I imagine the Social Media team will report more on this and on user activity.
