Enquiries/Conversions

The goal completions below - represent enquiries through the request a quote (contact) form. The website saw a total of 34 genuine enquiries for interpretation services including those for sign language interpretation. The remainder (approximately 6 were offers or requests for work). The last half of the year from July 15th to Dec 31st saw 18 genuine enquiries received.
Organic search was the channel responsible for the majority of these enquiries, generating a little over half of these enquiries.
We also saw a quote request come through Twitter!

The number of enquiries increased from last year by about 50%.

We also have some data on email and phone clicks through the site. This is the second year that we have complete numbers for this.
There was a drop in email and phone clicks, though there was still about 53 email clicks and 20 phone clicks (i.e. someone clicked on a phone number for one of Calliope’s members).

The email clicks were on the email addresses for the following profiles. Note: (not set) - means that google doesn’t have data on it. It could be that the email link didn’t have the Event Label set - i.e. it may have been the info@ email address.

totalling the enquiries listed above (34+ 53+ 20) yields 107 or 8.9 per month. Though this number has not been validated against the enquiry spreadsheet as yet.
Based on the above data, I think the goal of Increasing Quality Leads is being achieved.
