Adults Concert

We keep the concert relaxed and fun, bring your lollies and bubbles and enjoy the experience!

The concert usually runs approximately 60 minutes.

There will be a stop/start dress rehearsal in the early afternoon of the concert.  Schedule TBA

Fee: $40

This year we would like to try a cheaper concert fee, and cheap tickets. The concert fee will help cover

Technician for the rehearsal and show

Extra Staff (side stage, Front of house, runners etc)

Program

Hire of any Costume items from our collection.

Licenses and insurance

Cleaning

The fee will be added to your account and payable in the portal.

Ticket sales will cover the theatre hire, and will be $10 adult $5 child.

COSTUMES –

To be organised within your class, some items will be borrowed from our collection, these are to remain behind after the show.

If you are borrowing tap shoes from the studio, in the last class you need to name them and place in the tub in the office so they are brought to the theatre with the costumes. There is tape and markers to name them at the studio.

FINALE COSTUME -

The finale is the routine the entire school performs to end the show. You will need to provide your own outfit for this dance. It will be a simple colour scheme, to be finalised in Term 4

On the day-

Arrival- 2:15pm

Wearing finale outfit

Head to dressing area in the atrium (either through the theatre or street access)

Food away from Costumes on designated tables

Belongings in your dressing area, each class has a rack allocated

To theatre audience area for finale rehearsal.

MAKE UP –

Spray tans and full Make up are not necessary! If you’d like to add a little blush, lippy or mascara feel free. It helps to not look washed out on stage. If youd like to go full on stage makeup, go nuts! We shall leave it up to you to decide.

DVD –

We did not have enough interest last year. If you are interested in a professional DVD of the show, please let us know.

PHOTOS -

There will be an opportunity to take a group shot photo of each class after each dance routine.

After Party:

We have a little sip and chat after the show, feel free to bring a small plate of treats to share when you arrive to watch the concert. There will be a marked table. Soft drink, Water and cordial will be supplied.
