Summary of Phases

Phase 1: Project Onboarding & Research - Initial discussions and kick-off call to establish project fundamentals, along with the research to create an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Phase 2: Messaging & Funnel Planning - Develop a comprehensive messaging framework and outline the strategy for the conversion funnel.
Phase 3: Development & Partner Outreach - Complete the technical and design aspects of the landing page, create presentation materials, and initiate partnerships.
Phase 4: Scheduling & Promotion - Finalize the schedule for the webinar and execute promotional activities to attract attendees.
Phase 5: Webinar Execution & Tracking - Host the webinar and track leads, providing comprehensive reporting on lead capture and engagement.
Phase 6: Optimization & Future Planning - Post-webinar analysis for funnel optimization and initiating planning for subsequent webinars.
